About the position

The Apartment Leasing Manager at Adara Communities is responsible for overseeing the leasing operations at Pirates Landing Apartments, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficient management of rental processes. This role involves managing rent collections, assisting with resident services, and maintaining confidentiality of resident information while preparing necessary reports and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.
• Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Assist in managerial duties when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Prepare reports and paperwork.
• Lease property.

Requirements

• Experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry is REQUIRED.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter and time management skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Professional attitude, appearance, and work ethic.
• Must have flexible schedule availability as weekends are REQUIRED for this position.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required.
