As an Apartment Maintenance Technician at MAA Briarcliff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our apartment homes and property facilities are maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs, which include preparing apartments for new residents, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units, as well as electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures. Additionally, you will handle plumbing, carpentry, and lock repairs. Following a planned preventative maintenance schedule is essential, and you will also be expected to follow up with residents after repairs are completed to ensure their satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our residents.
