The technician will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service and maintaining the property’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform vacant apartment turnovers or 'make-readies'.
• Conduct plumbing repairs.
• Handle minor electrical repairs.
• Repair appliances as needed.
• Perform drywall and painting tasks.
• Manage locks and rekeying.
• Test and maintain smoke detectors.
• Carry out routine preventive grounds maintenance and repairs.
• Enhance curb appeal of the property.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in property maintenance.
• Solid understanding of general maintenance as it relates to apartment communities.
• Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Ability to comply with company and CalOsha safety policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations.
