Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and work orders
• Perform light plumbing and electrical tasks
• Change bulbs and locks
• Install and repair appliances
• Conduct exterior and interior painting and caulking
• Perform light drywall repair
• Lift 40-50 lbs as needed
• Pressure wash and blow breezeways and parking lots
