About the position
The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining two multi-family properties in McMinnville, Oregon. This full-time role requires a dependable and self-driven individual to perform various maintenance tasks, ensuring the properties are safe and well-maintained. The technician will handle work orders, preventative maintenance, and respond to communications promptly.
Responsibilities
- Completing occupied unit work orders within 72 hours.
- Completing property work orders within 14 days.
- Performing preventative maintenance of properties and systems.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Diagnosing and performing routine maintenance involving electrical, plumbing, appliances, doors, locks, cabinets, windows, and lighting.
- Completing turnover maintenance for move-outs.
- Maintaining inventory levels.
- Assisting with property extra projects.
- Monitoring and responding promptly to all communications.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Apartment Maintenance experience is mandatory.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
