About the position

The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance tasks in residential apartment communities, ensuring that the properties are well-maintained and that residents have a safe and comfortable living environment. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.

Requirements
