About the position

Apartment Dynamics is seeking a proactive Community Manager for a 97-unit townhome community in Raleigh, NC. This full-time position requires at least 2 years of experience in conventional apartment leasing and/or management. The role emphasizes strong customer service and marketing skills, with the goal of maintaining high occupancy rates and generating income results for clients. The Community Manager will oversee on-site operations, including marketing, leasing, financial management, and maintenance programs, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site operations of the townhome community.
• Perform marketing and leasing activities to maintain high occupancy rates.
• Ensure timely collection and deposit of rents.
• Maintain good community relations and oversee staff operations.
• Make initial budget submissions and review all expenditures.
• Handle day-to-day and periodic reporting to the Regional/Home Office.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of conventional apartment leasing and/or management experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience in property leasing and marketing.
