The ideal candidate will be a team player who is interested in building strong communities and managing all operational and financial activities of the apartment community. This role is crucial in ensuring that the property is well-maintained, financially sound, and compliant with all relevant regulations. The Property Manager will be responsible for anticipating, identifying, and assessing tenants' needs, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and community engagement. In this position, the Property Manager will maintain financial operations, which includes accurate reporting of rents and deposits, preparing the annual budget, and generating monthly performance and occupancy reports.
