Our managers and leasing professionals are walking apartment homes daily working closely with the maintenance departments ensuring schedules are kept and ready product is to our excellent company standard o Excitement for organizing and promoting monthly resident events o Ideally no less than 2 full years of prior property manager or apartment leasing experience on "B-C" communities is a plus with strong focus on immaculate curb appeal and upgrading o Strong sales and marketing ideas and follow-through o An excellent ability to schedule o The ability to multi-task o Must be a proven leader and professionally represent the community and company at all times o A strong eye for detail; our communities and ready apartment homes must be immaculate to company standard at all times.
