About the position

The Associate Product Analyst role at Apex Fintech Solutions is part of the Apex Leadership & Development Program (ALDP), designed for recent college graduates. This intensive program includes a 6-8 week cross-functional training focused on the financial services industry, providing ongoing education and career development opportunities. The position involves collaborating with product managers, contributing to product strategy, and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers on well-scoped components or projects
  • Contribute to the delivery of larger projects, focusing on skill development
  • Assist in executing the company's product strategy
  • Support the product team by volunteering for relevant projects
  • Participate in preexisting team processes
  • Lead 0-1 feature teams as assigned
  • Handle projects with well-defined scopes and quarterly milestones
  • Work under the guidance of a PM2 or senior dev/manager
  • Manage project priorities within a single product scope
  • Participate in group discussions and contribute to group decision-making
  • Provide relevant feedback during group conversations
  • Conduct research tasks, summarizing findings qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Communicate updates and information to team members responsible for customer communication
  • Drive energy and highlight success within your immediate feature team
  • Contribute to data gathering that supports product strategy defined by others

  • Ability to start late June 2024 alongside other cohort members
  • Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
  • Curiosity and a strong desire for learning and improvement

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities within a team
  • Interest in financial markets and fintech
  • Eligibility to work in the US without employer sponsorship
  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related major, preferably finance or economics, or a related degree with business experience
  • Minimum requirement of a 3.2 cumulative GPA
