About the position

The API Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating APIs to facilitate efficient and secure data communication across systems. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to create high-performance APIs that support web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless data flow and effective change management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Creating change management strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Developing and implementing plans to manage change.
  • Leading, coordinating, and managing change management activities.
  • Engaging with frontline team members and leaders to facilitate transitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of working experience in API development.
  • Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and tools.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in API development, cloud technologies, or Microsoft .NET framework.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in developing APIs in .NET and working with JSON.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and API management tools.
  • Experience in Agile development environments.
