About the position

The position involves API development and integration using various programming languages and technologies, including JavaScript, Python, and database technologies like Snowflake. The role requires a strong foundation in web technologies, API design principles, and experience in real-time streaming and integration with external applications. The candidate will also provide onboarding support, lead engagement forums, and contribute to code repositories while working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate APIs using JavaScript and Python.
• Design and implement real-time streaming solutions and integrations with external applications.
• Review client application configurations and architecture.
• Provide onboarding support to prospective business units.
• Lead regular engagement forums to interact with the technical team and address questions.
• Contribute to code repositories to meet automation requirements.
• Create and revise Runbooks on Confluence Page.
• Produce quality documentation and diagrams for projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience for Senior Developer and 5 years for Developer.
• Strong foundation in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with web technologies, API design principles, and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and Unix scripting.
• Experience with database technologies like Snowflake, Postgres, and PL SQL.
• Proficient in using Git for version control (pull, push, merge, rebase, clone).
• Experience working in an Agile structure (Scrum or Kanban) with project management tools like Jira and BitBucket.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Jenkins.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Kubernetes and core CloudFormation templates.
• Ability to build automated pipelines for software integration and transport.
• Experience in creating real-time monitoring and automation software.
