About the position

As an API Integrations Specialist at Paradox, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment technology by building and maintaining seamless integrations for our enterprise clients. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about automation and solving complex challenges through the use of APIs. You will work closely with our Product team and clients to navigate both new and existing integrations, ensuring that our solutions simplify and streamline the recruiting process. Your expertise will be vital in consulting with clients, defining requirements, and clarifying project scopes and roadmaps. In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining integrations via APIs for various cloud-based applications and HR/recruiting systems. You will act as the technical liaison between team members, clients, and stakeholders, leading virtual and onsite meetings to engage in solution design. Additionally, you will handle different request types and endpoints while maintaining a library of useful API calls for future use. Your ongoing research and validation will help identify areas for improvement within workflow solutions, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and technology. Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain integrations via APIs for cloud-based applications and HR/recruiting systems
• Act as the technical liaison between team members, clients, and stakeholders to define requirements and clarify project scope and roadmaps
• Engage in solution design with clients and internal team by leading virtual and onsite meetings
• Handle different request types and endpoints, while maintaining a library of useful API calls to be used as needed
• Identify areas of improvement within workflow solutions through ongoing research and validation

Requirements

• 2+ years of enterprise software integration experience
• Deep understanding of APIs, especially Web APIs, REST APIs, JSON-RPC and XML-RPC
• Experience building integrations in API development platforms such as Postman, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft and/or SoapUI
• Experience working with AWS, JSON, and XML data structures
• Experience in a customer-facing role, with a high level of comfort leading client conversations
• HR/recruiting technology experience a plus
• Ability to own and manage multiple competing priorities at any given time
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• Authorization to work in the United States
