About the position

Our client is searching for four API Lumen/Laravel Engineers with Full Stack experience who are interested in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment developing a world-class technology platform in the EdTech field. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while being part of a team based in South Florida. As a developer, you will play a crucial role in integrating third-party APIs and internal APIs, building, architecting, and maintaining full-stack applications. You will work within an Agile SCRUM team to build and enhance core platform features, ensuring that the technology we develop meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing integration and unit tests to ensure the reliability and functionality of the applications you develop.

Responsibilities

• Integrate 3rd party APIs and internal APIs
• Build, Architect, and Maintain our Full-Stack Applications
• Work within an Agile SCRUM team to build and enhance core platform features
• Write integration and unit tests

Requirements

• At least 4 years of PHP Object-Oriented Web Development experience (ideally with a portfolio of work examples)
• Laravel framework expertise
• Experience with SQL
• Frontend Development expertise in JavaScript
• Strong understanding of HTML & CSS
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture including REST, SOAP, JSON
• GIT version control systems
