About the position

As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a team developing market-leading treasury management solutions for large corporate and governmental institutions. This role involves working with current technologies to develop core software applications, identify client requirements, and provide training on applications. It is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Developer to contribute to transforming the team's capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Designing, programming, debugging and modifying software enhancements
• Interacting with product managers and users to define requirements and modifications
• Participating in software design meetings to determine technical requirements
• Working with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Software Development
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles and standards
• Excellent knowledge of web technologies, frameworks and design patterns such as ASP.Net, Typescript, MVC and APIs
• C#/.Net development experience
• Proven skills in the APL programming language
• Sound knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Docker and other containerization
• Fluency in sequence diagrams, class models, etc.
• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines
• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with Treasury and Risk Management systems
• Knowledge of financial industry practices, regulations and operations
• DevOps experience
• An interest in developing into an IT Architect role in the future
