About the position

The App Store Analytics QA Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes for the Analytics Data Quality team within Apple Services Engineering. This role focuses on ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics products and services, particularly for App Store Analytics. The manager will lead a team responsible for client metrics instrumentation, data ingestion, processing, aggregation pipelines, and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of data analytics, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the quality assurance processes for analytics data pipelines from client to server.
  • Lead a team of quality engineers to ensure high-quality releases of analytics products.
  • Collaborate with ASE Analytics engineering, Client engineering, Project managers, and Data science teams.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics products and services to Apple's customers.
  • Manage client metrics instrumentation and data ingestion processes.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of data analytics and quality assurance processes.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a team.
  • Experience in overseeing analytics data quality and reporting.
