About the position

The App Xchange Implementation Manager at Trimble is responsible for implementing, training, and consulting customers on the App Xchange iPaaS product and other integration products. This role focuses on ensuring customers achieve proficiency with the product during their onboarding experience, utilizing consultative and technical skills to enhance customer relations and success.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive monitoring and analysis of customers onboarding the App Xchange platform to identify needs for intervention or further training.
• Implement and deploy the App Xchange platform or integration products as assigned.
• Identify when onboarding goals have been achieved and collaborate with Customer Success for ongoing relationship management.
• Analyze processes and interactions between customers and Trimble to improve the customer experience.
• Implement process improvements, including enhancing internal and external process documentation.
• Communicate and consult with customers about their onboarding experience professionally and honestly.
• Consult and train customers on technical aspects of the platform when appropriate.
• Advocate for App Xchange customers by providing feedback to internal stakeholders to drive improvements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Experience in implementing SaaS or other technical products.
• Knowledge of APIs and/or large database programs.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Demonstrable problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
