About the position

The Graphic/Print Designer will play a crucial role in creating and modifying prints and graphics specifically for women's sleepwear. This position requires a blend of creativity and technical skills to produce appealing designs that align with current fashion trends while collaborating with various teams to ensure cohesive product development.

Responsibilities

• Create new and/or manipulate existing textile prints and graphics for apparel
• Prepare prints and embellishments for production
• Communicate with corporate partners, including overseas vendors and factories
• Brainstorm new concepts for prints and embellishments, being continually aware of current print and graphic trends
• Collaborate with Apparel Designers to ensure that artwork fits within the overall seasonal vision and concept
• Collaborate with design and production partners to finalize scaling, placement, and appropriate graphic techniques
• Ensure quick turnaround times for design projects

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in design or graphic art for apparel
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong eye for balance in design
• Knowledge of textile repeats
• Familiarity with apparel graphic/print techniques (foil, glitter, etc)
• Knowledge of Embroidery Stitch Techniques
• Experience in creating artwork for embroideries and embellishments
• Ability to work efficiently and independently while functioning as part of a larger team
