As an Apparel Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with customers, providing personalized service, and driving sales within your designated territory. This position is hybrid, allowing for both home office work and field-based sales activities, requiring you to reside in or near your territory to effectively manage client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and prospecting for territory sales, conducting fittings and consultations with coaches and athletes, and providing expert feedback on style and fit. You will also be expected to build lasting relationships with customers, travel to appointments within your territory, and excel in a work-from-home environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, possesses strong communication skills, and is eager to learn about the products and industry. This position offers a competitive salary range of $30,000 to $45,000, with additional performance-based incentives available.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business education or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of cheer and dance industry preferred
  • Able to generate leads, forecast your sales cycle, anticipate problems and create effective solutions
  • Aspiration to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organization and follow-through skills
  • Ability to grasp new technology and understanding of Microsoft Suite
  • Willingness to learn in-depth product construction, technicalities and pricing
  • Ability to cultivate an in-home office environment that is distraction-free
  • Ensure reliable travel for regular face-to-face touchpoints
