About the position

The Customer Service Representative at CIEBON is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves handling customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, while also managing sales orders and maintaining customer information in the company's ERP system.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day processing of sales orders received across sales platforms.
  • Updating customer information and order details as needed in the company ERP platform.
  • Processing orders to be picked and packed to achieve 100% fulfillment target.
  • Building product knowledge to engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Owning daily communication between sales teams and customers for all inbound and outbound correspondence via email, phone, text messages, and in-person.
  • Prioritizing shipments based on sensitive shipping windows.
  • Investigating customer returns, providing return authorizations, and issuing credit memos.
  • Providing weekly shipment updates to sales teams and customers, including weekly sales and shipment reports.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Occasionally assisting teams across departments with manual tasks such as arranging product samples, steaming, packing, tagging, and other related tasks for market prep.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or equivalent Apparel Industry role for 3-5+ years.
  • Superior professional and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and negotiation skills.
  • Desire to resolve customer issues above and beyond.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and data entry skills.
  • Experience using ERP software such as Apparel Magic or AIMS 360.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and strict deadlines.
  • Professional working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Dropbox, & Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other shipping portals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using DSCO, NuOrder, and JOOR is a plus, but not required.
