Responsibilities

  • Conducting warm calls to prospective clients
  • Engage with customers to identify potential home improvement leads
  • Effectively communicating with clients to get us in the door
  • Collect and input customer information into our lead management system
  • Contact customers as needed to confirm appointments for company representatives
  • Assist the sales team by providing quality leads that are ready for follow-up

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
  • Basic computer skills for data entry into our software
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with little to no guidance needed after training
  • Prior experience in lead generation, sales or telemarketing is a must
