As a Business Expert at the Apple Store, you will connect business professionals and entrepreneurs with Apple solutions, helping them understand and utilize technology to enhance their businesses. This role involves engaging with customers, generating leads, and collaborating with the Business Team to craft tailored solutions that meet complex business needs. You will play a crucial part in fostering a culture of inclusion and support within the team, ensuring that every customer feels valued and inspired to explore the possibilities of Apple technology.

Responsibilities

• Introduce Apple solutions, technology, and services to business customers.
• Engage with first-time and current business customers on the sales floor to understand their needs.
• Generate new leads and build relationships through phone interactions and in-store workshops.
• Prepare and present proposals in collaboration with the Business Team.
• Craft ideal solutions for customers with complex needs by working with the entire Business Team.
• Inform customers about the complete suite of sales support options available.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience selling in the business market.
• Strong people and presentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using the phone to interact with customers and position business solutions.
• Ability to facilitate business experiences through in-store briefings, workshops, and events.
• Flexibility with work hours based on business needs.
