About the position

The Marketing Program Manager at Apple will play a critical role in managing complex cross-functional marketing programs within the Apple Wallet, Payments, and Commerce team. This position involves overseeing marketing initiatives from concept through delivery, collaborating with diverse teams across product, data science, analytics, creative, digital marketing, and business development. The role requires a strong understanding of Apple's brand and customer experience, as well as the ability to navigate and excel in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional delivery of Apple Card marketing programs.
  • Work with internal and external partners to develop and execute scalable marketing programs to reach shared goals.
  • Apply a performance marketing lens when collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams to bring together all aspects of the user's lifecycle.
  • Help define key business requirements for marketing systems working with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing large projects within a marketing function.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
  • Education: B.A. or B.S. degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • 6+ years of relevant program management experience within the marketing function in the financial services industry.
  • Savvy at tackling complex issues and providing creative solutions while collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational behaviors in order to manage complex projects effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle whatever task is necessary.
  • Effective at building and cultivating interpersonal relationships.
  • Flexible and versatile in nature, able to tackle challenges while maintaining an optimistic attitude.
