About the position

As a BPR Project Manager at AppleCare, you will play a pivotal role in planning, mobilizing, and implementing mid to large scale projects that are essential for the success of AppleCare's operations. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure that system changes are thoroughly tested and that organizations are prepared for process changes. You will be the driving force behind your projects, responsible for prioritization, technological solutions, architectural decisions, resource planning, communications, project governance, risk management, change management, and readiness. Your ability to connect the dots and build trust between various groups will be crucial in orchestrating the activities needed to ensure project success. In this role, you will be expected to manage large global technical projects that involve multiple functional teams and systems. You will need to establish a project structure that optimizes return on investment and coordinates cross-project initiatives or large-scale programs. Your experience with enterprise scale supply chain and logistics systems, particularly with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Event Management (EM) on SAP or similar platforms, will be invaluable. You will also need to demonstrate outstanding communication and presentation skills to effectively convey project objectives and updates to all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to form cohesive project teams across disparate organizations and groups, partner with data scientists and solution architects, and navigate through ambiguity to clarify objectives and execution plans. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of logistics, forward and reverse supply chain, planning systems, and procurement knowledge. Occasional travel and the ability to work off-hours or weekends to support projects may be required.
