About the position

The Apple iOS Developer at PLEX Solutions, LLC is responsible for designing and developing custom software tools for the Apple iOS platform, focusing on solving real-time cyber challenges. This role involves end-to-end software development, debugging, and mentoring junior developers, all while working closely with end users in a mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Design custom software tools and techniques for the Apple iOS platform.
• Be responsible for end-to-end design and development of custom software.
• Diagnose and debug issues using both COTS and GOTS tools.
• Develop documentation pertinent to operating and supporting developed software and techniques.
• Mentor and lead junior-level developers to accomplish mission objectives.
• Solve real-time cyber challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in iOS development and a BS Degree (or 6 years of relevant experience may substitute for a BS Degree).
• Development, testing, and debugging experience in Python and C.
• Experience in reverse engineering iOS or MacOS apps in ARM or X86.
• Ability to develop proof-of-concept exploit software.
• Experience working with version control software such as Git.
• An active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of CNE techniques and methodologies on MacOS or iOS.
• Proficiency in Objective-C, Swift, or C++ programming.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing requirements.
• An Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science is highly desired.
