Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair high-end home appliances (Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, and Best brands)
• Effectively communicate with customers
• Look up and order parts using the company's software program
• Remove and reinstall products
• Maintain truck stock inventory within company guidelines and standards

Requirements

• HVAC experience or knowledge is preferred but not required
• Mechanical knowledge is preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and driven to deliver exceptional service experiences
• Self-starter willing to improve as a technician
• Enjoy customer service to earn trust of clientele
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and able to follow processes and procedures
• Pride in quality of workmanship
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving history
• Ability to be CORI certified (background screening)
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screenings
• Ability to lift 60 lbs., push 100 lbs., and pull 50 lbs.
