As an Appliance Repair Technician Trainee at Mr. Appliance, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and utilizing your appliance repair skills to help families by fixing their broken appliances. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances
- Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment using our state-of-the-art mobile app
- Ensure efficient use of company vehicle and equipment
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to learn the use of our mobile app
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Physically able to do the job which can require lifting, stooping, reaching and climbing
