About the position

The Appliance Sales Lead at Warners' Stellian plays a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in the appliance retail sector. This position involves assisting customers with their appliance purchases, managing sales orders, and training new sales team members. The Sales Lead is expected to exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Use product knowledge to demonstrate features and benefits to customers.
  • Assist customers in making informed decisions on appliance purchases based on their needs.
  • Explain purchase options, product protection plans, and financing options to customers.
  • Accurately process sales orders and enter them into the system.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and make follow-up calls on existing quotes.
  • Manage customers' sales orders through to delivery or pick-up, keeping all parties informed.
  • Review reports and open sales orders to manage the book of business effectively.
  • Sell to builder customers and keep relevant parties informed throughout the process.
  • Train and mentor new sales team members.
  • Assist with store management duties such as checking in inventory and processing returns.

Requirements

  • Extensive product knowledge in appliances.
  • Knowledge of appliance installation.
  • Excellent sales skills with a proven track record.
  • Ability to provide high-level customer service.
  • Experience in training and coaching associates.
