- Utilize technical support and cellphone applications for diagnosis.
- Update service tickets in a centralized system.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during service calls.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Major Home Appliances Repair.
- Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and verbally.
- Possess the correct set of tools for the job.
- Working cellular phone with internet or data plan.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with TVs repair is a plus.
