About the position
The Application Architect - Salesforce role is focused on leveraging extensive experience in Salesforce technologies to design and implement solutions that enhance business processes. The position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products, particularly Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning, along with a strong background in development methodologies. The architect will be responsible for ensuring effective system integrations and providing ongoing support for Salesforce applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience using formal development methodologies such as Waterfall, JAD, or Agile.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
- Experience and knowledge of Lightning Design System and MuleSoft.
- Proven experience with Salesforce development, administration, system integrations, and bug fixes.
- Understanding of Salesforce standard objects, including Leads, Account, Contacts, Opportunity, Products, Price book, Lead process, Sales process, and Forecasting.
