About the position

The Application & Automation Systems Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining financial applications and automation processes within the company. This position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through robotic process automation (RPA) and business analysis, while also ensuring the successful delivery of projects related to accounting and core operational applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities and resolve support issues for accounting and operational applications.
• Implement robotic process automation (RPA) and develop reports to promote efficient operations.
• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage backlogs and execute program planning.
• Communicate with stakeholders and participate in Agile meetings and sprint planning.
• Work with vendor implementation and internal software development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in the support and maintenance of applications such as Argus Enterprise, Concur, Cornerstone, and Egencia.
• Build new processes and assist in creating user acceptance testing (UAT) documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• UiPath certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Commercial Real Estate industry (Yardi, Argus Enterprise).
• 2+ years of experience with developing digital workers using the UiPath RPA platform.
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator.
• SQL experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong accounting and technical aptitude with a drive for continuous learning and development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
