About The Position
The Customer Application Support Specialist serves as a primary support liaison between Trimble and its customers, focusing on resolving complex software issues related to Trimble Construction's accounting, payroll, and project management software, specifically the Vista product. This role involves assisting customers with troubleshooting, developing solution guides, and effectively communicating technical concepts to users with varying skill levels.
