The role requires providing level 3 on-call support for high-severity incidents and creating and facilitating the delivery of technical solutions for application delivery services. This includes developing playbooks, low-level designs, and deployment engineering work orders. The ideal candidate will be a senior-level engineer capable of providing technical leadership and delivery strategy for Application Delivery Services, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions to enhance availability, functionality, and security. In this dynamic position, the candidate will manage multiple technical project engagements, requiring strong collaboration, written, and communication skills. The role demands a proven track record of interacting with various levels of management, clients, and technical team members to deliver effective traffic management solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for the development and optimization of F5 rules, ensuring that our application delivery services meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
