About the position

The Application Developer Analyst role focuses on the development and maintenance of Enterprise Applications, specifically customizing and configuring ERP applications to meet corporate needs. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with business strategies and adhere to architectural standards. The analyst will also be responsible for programming assignments, system analysis, and providing technical support to team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and maintenance of Enterprise Applications.
• Customize and configure programs for user ERP applications.
• Test ERP programs to ensure the system meets corporate needs.
• Apply system solutions to business problems through design and programming of automated systems.
• Configure, design, develop, and maintain ERP program code and applications to support business processes.
• Perform all aspects of programming assignments and assist with systems design.
• Review, analyze, and modify programs including coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs.
• Provide consultation on complex programs and design, plan, and coordinate work assignments.
• Provide technical support to other team members and handle complex application features and technical designs.
• Take and resolve various help desk calls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Fully knowledgeable in Progress ERP programming language.
• Experience with QAD ERP Software, NetUI, Qxtend, and CSS.
• Strong verbal, written, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Visual Studio and SQL.
• Working knowledge of business process documentation/mapping.
