About the position

Walker Healthforce is seeking an Application Developer I for a healthcare client located in Detroit, MI. This role involves maintaining and enhancing existing applications, as well as developing new business solutions using SQL Server and web development tools. The position is a contract role with a hybrid work model, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing applications.
• Develop new business solutions using SQL Server and web development tools.
• Build data structures, write stored procedures, triggers, and views.
• Automate data processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in application development.
• 3 years of web development experience with Visual Studio .NET (ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#).
• Experience building and maintaining complex data automation processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Designing data structures and writing stored procedures, views, and triggers in SQL Server.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Cold Fusion.
• Bachelor's Degree.
