About the position

The Operations Power Platform Developer will play a crucial role in optimizing warehouse operations and driving efficiency within the organization. This remote position requires expertise in warehouse management, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in various Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Snowflake. The developer will be responsible for creating reports and dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise in Manhattan WM to streamline warehouse processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide insights into warehouse performance metrics.
• Leverage strong SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements and best practices.
• Utilize experience working with semantic layers to create intuitive data models and ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Apply manufacturing or warehouse experience to understand operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Exhibit a self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
• Act as a team player, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• 2+ years in Microsoft Azure Snowflake (or similar data warehouse) and Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power BI report builder.
• 2 years of experience with SQL Query.
