About the position
The Application Developer II at The Nature Conservancy is responsible for developing and maintaining software applications that support the organization's mission of conserving the lands and waters on which all life depends. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance applications, ensuring they meet user needs and align with the organization's goals.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in application development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Nice-to-haves
