About the position

The Application Developer III at Agile Defense, LLC is responsible for managing the Army Reserve TPU/IMA/IRR Soldier pay program, establishing military pay policies, and providing pay support to Army Reserve units. The role requires expertise in developing web-based solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, to support the cArmy Migration directive. The developer will work collaboratively with the team to ensure effective development processes and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Army Reserve TPU/IMA/IRR Soldier pay program.
• Establish military pay policy and procedures.
• Process pay actions for TPU, IMA, and IRR Soldiers.
• Train, inspect, and provide pay support to Army Reserve units in various locations.
• Work as a Power Apps Developer to ensure good development processes and reports.
• Participate in requirements gathering.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Security+ certification required.
• 2 years of experience as a Power Apps Developer.
• Experience using Power Apps to connect to data sources and display relevant information.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SQL connectors in the Power Platform tool suite.
• Experience creating Power Apps applications for data input using SQL stored procedures.
• Experience with file uploads and downloads in Power Apps applications.
• Ability to develop applications that function in both LAN and Azure Cloud environments.
• Experience optimizing code for performance.
