As an Application Developer III at Cencora, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer support platform applications built on the SAP Commerce solution. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, supporting, and adding new capabilities to these applications, which serve a large customer base across multiple storefronts. You will work with cutting-edge front-end technologies within the eCommerce customer support platform, focusing on the analysis, design, and implementation of React and Redux-based front-end components to build a robust user interface. In this role, you will provide architectural insights into new JavaScript UI frameworks and collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate front-end code with backend systems and APIs. You will also be responsible for measuring application performance using Application Performance Management (APM) platforms such as Dynatrace, ensuring that our applications are responsive, optimized for performance, and accessible to users with disabilities. Your collaboration with business analysts and team members will be crucial in understanding the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. You will guide and support the front-end development team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to other developers will be part of your responsibilities to maintain code quality and consistency. Additionally, you will participate in the planning and development of new projects, providing input on technical feasibility, scope, and timelines, while troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise during development or in production.
