About the position

The Application Developer position focuses on developing business applications using Angular, specifically version 14 and above, along with Microsoft .NET technologies. The role requires a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with an emphasis on creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces. The position is hybrid, requiring the developer to work onsite three days a week in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop business applications using Angular v14 and up.
• Work with Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio, specifically .NET v6.0 and up.
• Create backend programs and web services using C#.
• Utilize Azure Cloud Services for application development.
• Build self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components in Angular.
• Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces for web applications.
• Implement .NET Core frameworks, including Entity Framework and LINQ.
• Create and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Automate unit test cases for both Angular and .NET applications.
• Support CI/CD processes with build and deploy scripts.
• Engage in full stack development, covering both frontend and backend aspects.
• Document code and maintain coding standards through code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing business applications in Angular (recent experience with Angular v14 and up).
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio (recent experience with .NET v6.0 and up).
• 5+ years of experience in C# programming for backend and web services.
• 2+ years of experience using Azure Cloud Services.
• Strong experience in web UI application development with Angular.
• Solid knowledge of .NET Core frameworks and development experience with web services.
• Ability to automate unit tests for Angular and .NET applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and build & deploy scripts.
• Experience with full stack development (frontend and backend).
• Strong academic background in Computer Science.
• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS responsive design.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience developing applications for mobile devices and tablets.
