About the position

The Application Developer at Full Visibility will be responsible for designing, developing, refactoring, enhancing, testing, and supporting software applications. This role requires a candidate with an active Top Secret clearance who can work in a highly capable and diverse team focused on driving technical innovation. The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable, user-friendly web applications and will initially focus on web development before transitioning to application development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, refactor, enhance, test, and evaluate software applications.
• Support a diverse team in driving technical innovation.
• Build multi-tier framework software applications using object-oriented programming languages.
• Develop SOAP and REST APIs in a client/server environment.
• Write and evaluate regular expressions and debug/refactor code for programming languages.
• Automate command tasks using scripting command line tools.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• At least five (5+) years of Application Developer experience
• Experience with .Net Core 7/8 and React
• Full stack developer experience
• Basic knowledge and experience with Azure Microservices
• Experience with SOAP and RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
• Linux experience and Docker container management
• Experience with GitLab and understanding of GitLab CI/CD
• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Systems or related field, or three (3) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of education.

Nice-to-haves

• At least one (1+) years of experience with cloud application development, including migrating on-premises applications
• At least one (1+) years of experience with application development leveraging SQL and/or PostgreSQL as data storage
• At least one (1+) years of experience with cloud (AWS preferred) application development and management.
