Advanced Technology Leaders Inc. is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our dynamic team in Virginia Beach, VA. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to create web applications tailored to various business needs, including event scheduling, project tracking, service requests, course registration, and student management. As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for the research, development, testing, and integration of web-based applications that manage Command data effectively. You will also support the development and integration of dashboards, management reporting tools, and project trackers, ensuring that these applications meet the highest standards of functionality and user experience. In this role, you will apply advanced engineering and design methods to investigate and resolve complex system requirements, hardware and software interfaces, and application solutions. Your responsibilities will include the design, development, engineering, integration, and architecture of new web-based applications, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing applications as needed. You will work closely with a team of developers and stakeholders to ensure that all applications are secure, efficient, and user-friendly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a deep understanding of programming principles, software debugging, and secure software deployment methodologies. You will be expected to manage multiple development projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. An active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required for this position, and you will be expected to maintain this clearance throughout the duration of your employment.
