About the position

The Application Developer role focuses on developing, maintaining, and converting applications using Microsoft technologies, particularly .NET and Power Platform. The position requires a strong understanding of both legacy systems and modern application development practices, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in converting legacy .NET applications to the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing .NET legacy applications.
• Develop and implement robust API integration solutions.
• Collaborate with database administrators to design efficient data models.
• Exhibit expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Follow established development practices and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• Valid certification in Microsoft .NET development.
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as VB.NET, Java/J2EE, and API development.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Portals).
• Hands-on experience in setting up Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and writing unit and feature tests.
• Ability to run and optimize SQL queries.
