About the position

ADP is seeking an experienced Application Developer specializing in Data Science to design and implement data-driven applications in a hybrid work environment. This role focuses on leveraging machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics to enhance user experiences and drive business insights. The ideal candidate will collaborate with data scientists, optimize algorithms, and create data pipelines to support application needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop Data-Driven Applications by designing and implementing data science solutions integrated into applications.
• Build, test, and maintain data pipelines that support application data needs, ensuring seamless integration of large datasets.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize machine learning models and embed them into scalable applications.
• Fine-tune algorithms and machine learning models to ensure they operate efficiently and produce accurate predictions.
• Implement dashboards and reporting tools to provide stakeholders with insights and data visualizations.
• Stay updated on the latest data science trends, tools, and techniques, and integrate them into your work.
• Address performance bottlenecks in applications, optimizing for speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in application development with a focus on data science and machine learning solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying data science applications.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex data science concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
