About the position

The Application Developer at Full Visibility will play a crucial role in supporting a diverse team focused on technical innovation. This position involves designing, developing, refactoring, enhancing, testing, and evaluating software applications, primarily in a web development context. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multiple web application languages and experience in building scalable, user-friendly web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, refactor, enhance, test, and evaluate software applications.
• Support a diverse team driving technical innovation.
• Build multi-tier framework software applications using object-oriented programming languages such as Java and Python.
• Develop SOAP and REST APIs in a client/server environment.
• Write and evaluate regular expressions.
• Develop, debug, and refactor code for programming languages.
• Script command line tools to automate command tasks.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• At least five (5+) years of Application Developer experience
• Experience with .Net Core 7/8 and React
• Full stack developer experience
• Basic knowledge and experience with Azure
• Knowledge of Microservices and SOAP/RESTful APIs
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
• Linux experience navigating on the boxes and Docker containers
• GitLab experience with an understanding of GitLab CI/CD
• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Systems or related field, or three (3) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of education.

Nice-to-haves

• At least one (1+) years of experience with cloud application development, including migrating on-premises applications
• At least one (1+) years of experience with application development leveraging a SQL and/or PostgreSQL database
• At least one (1+) years of experience with cloud (AWS preferred) application development and management.
