About the position

The Application Developer at Baker Commodities Inc. is responsible for developing and supporting web-based application systems that meet the needs of the client group. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide ongoing reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support web-based application systems for client needs.
• Coordinate and participate in system testing with involved parties.
• Collaborate with team members to create front-end web applications.
• Provide desktop support to all staff in the IT department.
• Analyze and interpret data using statistical techniques and provide reports.
• Support various technology-related projects within the IT department.
• Maintain professional communication with all levels of the organization.
• Follow department and company procedures and maintain regular attendance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with JS Framework (Vue preferred), AJAX, CSS, Less, and HTML.
• Bonus knowledge in TypeScript, .NET Core, RazorPages, and Graphic Design/Photoshop.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with end users at all levels throughout the organization.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Graphic Design skills
