Crystal Group is seeking an experienced Application Developer to manage, maintain, and build applications within the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role involves configuring data input, file/database structures, reports, and procedures to ensure optimal reliability, performance, and business support. The Application Developer will leverage multiple technologies, combining expertise in Epicor's ERP Application customization tools, API integrations, and .NET development technologies to extend the ERP system and create applications, tools, and reports that directly enhance business processes. This work centers on analyzing stakeholder requirements and business needs to develop and implement effective supporting applications. A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality solutions is crucial. The essential functions of this position include ensuring the reliability and performance of the ERP system and its supporting applications, advancing and growing operations and processes using ERP, and developing technical solutions to business problems that support the company's growth and improvement efforts. The Application Developer will perform data validation and quality control checks to maximize operational performance, assist in the definition, development, and documentation of business requirements on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with stakeholders, and recommend new features or changes to configuration/workflows based on user feedback. Additionally, the role requires writing, modifying, and debugging software for both internal and external applications, as well as identifying and correcting application issues to maintain high availability of services.
