About the position

The Application Developer position is a contract role based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, offering a hybrid work environment. The developer will be responsible for creating, testing, and deploying applications using Edgeworker, NodeJS, and ReactJS, while ensuring adherence to design principles and best practices. This role requires collaboration with various teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and effective communication with clients to gather requirements and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy applications in Edgeworker.
• Hands-on working experience in ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Develop maintainable code adhering to Design Principles.
• Write automated unit test scripts.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of middleware applications, following best practices and standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues using tools such as CloudWatch and ELK.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as frontend, backend, devops, QA, etc., to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders, gathering requirements, providing updates, and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application development.
• 8 years of experience with Edgeworker.
• 5 years of experience with ReactJS.
• 3 years of experience with NodeJS.
