About the position

The Application Development Analyst role focuses on leading the development and maintenance of SharePoint, Power Automate, and Oracle applications. The position requires a skilled developer to ensure compliance with standards and to manage data migration processes effectively. The role may involve remote work with some onsite travel to Tallahassee, FL.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of SharePoint, Power Automate, and One Drive systems.
• Maintain assigned systems in accordance with DISA STIGs, NIST standards, and agency requirements.
• Document supporting policies, processes, and procedures within areas of responsibility.
• Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex.
• Develop scripts in SQL and PLSQL for data conversion and migration.
• Perform requirements analysis, development, design, testing, and deployment of custom Oracle applications.
• Maintain documentation on all work products.
• Create dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment using APEX reporting tools, BI Publisher, or Oracle Reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience with SharePoint, One Drive, and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database products version 11 and above.
• Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports version 10G or higher.
• Experience with Oracle APEX 4.0 and above.
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data migration processes.
• Familiarity with DISA STIGs and NIST standards.
