About the position

As an Application Engineer at 3M, you will play a crucial role in developing and replicating high-impact applications for the consumer electronics market, specifically focusing on adhesives and conductive materials. Requirements

• Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering with a major in Polymer science, Chemical, Materials science, or Electronics
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the electronics segment
• Experience with tapes & adhesives, conductive materials is an advantage
• Comfortable in handling testing equipment and analytical instruments
• Good understanding of IP protocols and procedures
• Exploratory mindset to identify new applications and customer pain areas
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Strong networking skills with internal and external customers
• Strong analytical, presentation & communication skills
• Knowledge in converting processes like die-cutting and slitting is desired
• Experience with creating digital content using editing software
